Workspace Branding

The Branding settings page (/settings/branding) allows workspace owners and admins to customize the visual appearance of their workspace. These branding elements are applied across the CRM's interface, including sidebar switchers, forms, and workspace transition screens.

Configuring Branding

Workspace Name

You can modify the display name of your workspace. This name is used in:

• The sidebar header
• Default fallback email sender names
• Daily digest email headers
• The workspace switcher menu and forms

Custom Logo / Icon

You can upload a custom icon to replace the default fallback initials in the workspace switcher and header bars:

• Supported Formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, and WebP.
• Image Cropping: The interface includes a 1:1 circular cropping tool to ensure your icon is framed perfectly.
• Image Normalization: Uploaded logos are automatically resized, optimized, and saved in .webp format to keep loading speeds fast.
• Asset Storage & Security: Custom branding icons are stored in a public storage folder. This isolates public branding assets from your private business assets, preserving privacy and passcode protections for files.

Permissions

Only workspace Owners and Admins can modify the workspace name or upload custom logos.
