Appointment Notes
You can add notes to any appointment from the appointment detail page. Appointment notes use the same rich-text editor as contact notes, and they automatically appear on the linked contact's notes feed.
Example: After a client meeting, add a note to the appointment: "Client agreed to the revised timeline. Follow up next Tuesday with the updated contract." This note appears on both the appointment and the contact's notes feed.
Adding an Appointment Note
- Open an appointment by clicking its title on the Appointments page or on a contact's detail page.
- On the appointment detail page, click "+ Add Note" at the top of the notes section.
- Write your note using the rich-text editor.
- Click Save.

Editing & Deleting
- Edit — Click the edit icon on any note to reopen the editor inline. Click Save or press Escape to cancel. Edited notes display an "(edited)" label.
- Delete — Click the delete icon and confirm. Deletion is permanent.
How Appointment Notes Appear on Contacts
When an appointment is linked to a contact, its notes appear in the contact's notes feed with a blue badge showing the appointment title. Clicking the badge navigates to the appointment detail page.

Permissions
All workspace members can view, create, edit, and delete appointment notes.
